CURBSIDE WASTE & RECYCLING FOR HOME

I live in Suffield and just wanted to comment that the drivers who handle our route are great. They always leave the container right back where they found it and they work around the occasional vehicle parked in the street. (Usually my kid). They even wave if they see me in the driveway. Thanks again for their great service.

I just wanted to compliment the worker that covers Harwinton, CT. He went out of his way to make sure that a women who's car had a flat tire had someone coming to help her. He parked his truck and got out to make sure everything was ok. Now a days it's hard to find that. He went above and beyond and for these reasons I will always keep this company as my trash company. Thank You.

I want to thank the customer service representative who helped me out today on my call. Due to a mix-up and communication failure our bill was overdue and unpaid, and our trash didn't get picked up. The
representative was very calm and helpful, discovered the problem, and set everything straight. I appreciate you having excellent customer service on staff -- it is the mark of a good company. Please thank her for me, and give her a raise when she's due.

Wanted to say you folks are ‘awesome’ and ‘thank you’ for great service. We missed trash pick up Saturday as schedule off, our fault. Wife called to simply inquire if we put out would a truck come by later? She got a call back immediately advising they would schedule for Monday. A call back on Saturday morning 👍 Around noon a small truck pulled up and a very nice man took trash from our can and put in truck by hand. He proudly informed he was a 42 year employee. He said they wanted to ensure we were taken care of given holidays. Both the person that called back and the person that showed up could not have been nicer and more appreciative of our business. Something you just don’t see today and frankly don’t expect in your line of business. Just wanted you to know how much we appreciate the service and the two employees we interacted with.

Always a pleasure speaking to their customer service! Refreshing change; a real person actually answers phone and helps! Most companies do not! Service is excellent. Will never change refuse company here in CT!

I would like to let you know how impressed I was with our garbage pick up driver today. Our garbage had been knocked over by our neighborhood bear during the night. By my surprise, I woke up to the sound of our driver picking up our garbage off our lawn and road. It was truly appreciated and an act of going above and beyond his duties. Thanks again to your employee's act of kindness.

This company offers excellent customer service. They have been accommodating with all requests for add-ons (special pickups, bulky items, etc.). Today, we missed our garbage pickup by just a few minutes, and after I'd called to confirm that we'd missed the window, the man who does our pickup route offered to personally come by on his way home and collect the missed load. Honestly, this is above-and-beyond service.
